The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is having a hiring event at San Diego State University for Deputy Sheriff Trainees on Saturday, December 2, 2017.
The event will allow Deputy Sheriff Trainee applicants to conduct the physical agility test and be eligible to begin the background process. Top applicants who pass the physical agility test (PAT) will be interviewed by a background investigator immediately following the PAT. To be eligible for a background interview, you must bring your completed background packet. Participating applicants may still be considered for the upcoming January 2018 Sheriff’s Academy class.
To participate in this event, applicants must complete the online test by
Thursday, November 30th at 11pm.
Applicants must be successful in the online test prior to registering for the event. Participating applicants must register for the event no later than
Friday, December 1,2017 at 3pm. Space is limited.
Event Day Schedule – December 2, 2017
8am – Check-in (Music Hall – SDSU) Bring a valid ID with completed background packet
9am – Physical Agility Test (ENS 700 Athletic Field – SDSU)
10am - Background Interviews following the PAT (Music Hall – SDSU)

Free Parking will be provided for participants on the day of the event at Parking Lot 6.
